TL;DR: ResellHelper Pro stores your sharing preferences and scheduling settings locally
on your device. We access Poshmark pages only to perform the automation actions you initiate. We do not
collect, transmit, or sell your personal data.
Introduction
ResellHelper Pro ("the Extension") is developed by Zovo ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains
how we handle information when you use our Chrome extension to automate sharing, offers, and closet
management on Poshmark.
Data We Collect
We collect no personal data.
Specifically, we do NOT collect:
- Your Poshmark username or password
- Your browsing history
- Your IP address
- Any personally identifiable information
- Analytics or usage telemetry
- Cookies or tracking identifiers
- Financial or payment information from Poshmark
Data Stored Locally
The Extension stores the following data locally on your device only using Chrome's storage
API:
- Sharing Settings - Your configured sharing speed, delay ranges, and sharing preferences
- Offer Settings - Your default discount percentage and shipping discount preferences for
bulk offers
- Schedule Configuration - Times and days you've scheduled for automated sharing sessions
- Activity Statistics - Counts of shares sent, offers made, and session history (stored
locally for your reference)
- Closet Preferences - Sorting preferences and filter selections
This data never leaves your device. It is never transmitted to any server.
How the Extension Interacts with Poshmark
ResellHelper Pro operates by interacting with the Poshmark website (poshmark.com) in your browser. It performs actions that you could do
manually, such as clicking share buttons, sending offers, and navigating your closet. The Extension:
- Only operates on poshmark.com pages
- Only performs actions you explicitly initiate or schedule
- Does not read or store the content of pages beyond what is needed to perform the requested automation
- Does not send any page content or your Poshmark data to external servers
Permissions Explained
The Extension requests the following permissions:
- storage - Required to save your sharing settings, offer preferences, schedules, and
activity statistics locally on your device
- alarms - Required for the Smart Scheduler feature to trigger automated sharing sessions
at your configured times throughout the day
- notifications - Required to alert you when scheduled sharing sessions complete, when
CAPTCHA detection pauses activity, or when important events occur
- tabs - Required to detect when you have Poshmark open, manage sharing across closet
pages, and coordinate automation actions across tabs
- Host permission (poshmark.com) - Required to inject content scripts that interact with
the Poshmark interface to perform sharing, send offers, and manage your closet. The Extension only
accesses poshmark.com and no other websites
Remote Code
ResellHelper Pro does not use any remote code. All JavaScript is bundled within the extension package. No
external scripts are loaded or executed at runtime.
Third Parties
We do not share any data with third parties because we don't collect any data in the first place.
The Extension does not include:
- Analytics services (no Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Advertising networks
- Third-party tracking scripts
- External API calls that transmit user data
Account Safety
ResellHelper Pro is designed with your Poshmark account safety as a priority. The Extension uses randomized
timing patterns and conservative speed defaults to mimic natural human behavior. CAPTCHA detection
automatically pauses all activity to protect your account.
Children's Privacy
The Extension does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13 years of
age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new
Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
