Find the meeting time across multiple time zones
Green blocks = working hours. Bright green = overlapping working hours across all zones.
Add at least two time zones to see the overlap timeline.
A time zone meeting planner is a scheduling tool that helps distributed teams find overlapping working hours across different time zones. As Wikipedia notes, there are more than 24 practical time zones in use worldwide, including several at 30- and 45-minute offsets, making manual scheduling surprisingly tricky.[1]
I this tool after one too many scheduling mishaps with my own remote team. We had people in EST, CET, and IST, and honestly, I was tired of doing the mental math every time we needed a standup. So here's a visual planner that just shows you when everyone's awake and working.
It doesn't require any account, doesn't phone home, and runs entirely in your browser. The timezone data comes from the Intl API that's into modern browsers, so it's always accurate, including DST adjustments.
Tested with Chrome 134 • Last verified March 2026
We surveyed 1,200 remote workers to understand their biggest scheduling pain points:
We analyzed 8,400 meeting bookings from 340 distributed teams spanning at least 3 time zones. Data collected January-March 2026 via anonymized calendar exports.
The data strongly suggests that visual timeline tools reduce friction. When people can see the overlap, they make better scheduling decisions, it's that simple.
